OK here is the deal.

Next Saturday(5/28) is my 51st birthday (OMG did I just say that outloud). So my one birthday wish is to be under 240. I have increased my walking to nearly 3 miles a day M-F and gym on weekends. I am going to increase my water intake, I found this wonderful generic crystal light(Walmart )brand that has 10 calories per packet. But it has caffeine in it.(awesome) So I will try to limit my coffee in the AM. It taste so good. Now TOM is coming this week. But, he will not bring me down.

I AM going to break this plateau.n Tomorrow is suppose to rain, but that's ok. I am going to a PET-A-Palooza festival. It should be fun. Rain or shine... well ok if it is pouring maybe not.

Also, I am going to try to find some Kale and make Kale chips this weekend.

How exciting to work to that goal for your B-day!! That would be sweet. Are you planning a run celebration?

My hubs likes using those crystal light caffeinated drinks... instead of diet soda all the time. He loves them. Also, we love kale chips. And Zucchini chips too!! Yum! Have a fabulous weekend. :)

OOH! I just bought some kale yesterday to make chips! I should have done that rather than eat breadsticks and coffee cake for lunch, shouldn't I have? Whoops!
