Weight loss goal:
15 lbs-in 12 weeks
Keep Calories between 1200-1500 every day
Drink 64+ oz of non caloric fluids every day.
Exercise goals:
Walk 2 miles 5 days a week.
Work out with weights 4 days a week
Personal goals:
Get a pedicure
Be a more positive person
Encourage other Slimmer Summer challengers .
My primary goal is to have lost 100 lbs in a year. Which would be by 10-13-2011.

I believe you can lose at least 15 lbs in 12 weeks! You are doing great so far.
Air brush? You are a beauty. And love that ticker progress. I followed all the Slimmer this summer participants. I am not a stalker lesbian maybe if I was too strong calling you a beauty. LOL. But if I was...you are a beauty. LOL. Not enough food making me loony? Actually can't blame that. LOL
