Well damn

I had the colonoscopy and it didnt go as planned. They found a tumor. Now I need to wait for the pathology report. Some of you might remember my brother was diagnosed last summer with inoperable colon cancer. So, I am scared. I sure could use some prayers from those of you who are willing to send them. Thank you.

Well, the reasons for colonoscopies is to catch things early enough to successfully recover and that is what we will claim. Anybody would be scared and we tend to think the worst but let's not jump to that. Chin up girl. We will all help with prayers and support.

You haven't met me but I'm in Allan's challenge and I am sending prayers your way. I have been where you are today and my tumour was benign. I pray yours is.

Praying for you. There have been some medical advances as far as finding the correct drugs to treat in the last 5 years. I pray your treatment is short and that you are soon on the road to recovery. Hugs!

The waiting is the worst! Hope the early detection pays off. I've had a "bad" type of polyp with each of my colonoscopies (the kind that can turn cancerous), so I know the anxiety you must be feeling. Be kind to yourself and know people are rooting for you!
