Happy Mothers day

I wish Heaven had a phone so I could hear your voice again. I thought of you today, but that's nothing new. I thought about you yesterday, and the day before that too. I think of you in silence, I often speak your name. All I have are memories and a picture in a frame. Your memory is a keepsake, from which I'll never part. God has you in his arms, I have you in my heart.

Nice warm Saturday.

Stepped on scale, it is still down, it is a good sign. I am trying  to be in the 230's by next week. I have not broke the 240 mark yet and have been trying for several weeks. Last night was fun, my daughter who has played softball all her life and even in college. Now plays adult softball. She had a game at 9:00 last night. My son and I try to go watch her as often as possible. The fields are awesome and she is fun to watch and just be with her. Both my son and I look forward to Friday nights. They won which is always fun too.

Today before the gym I went to Kohls. I bought some pants, size 18 and also got two pairs of 16. I cant quite fit in the 16's. Still a little tight. But it gives me some incentive to keep going. It is crazy that I am even wearing an 18. I started in October 2010 in size 24 and even then it was tough to always find ones that fit. I am so happy, these are some positive steps. It keeps me going. It is truly amazing to me. Well, again have a very Happy Mothers day everyone. God Bless

Friday and an early Happy Mothers day.

Things are going well, the scale shows a weight loss. Of course we will see on Wednesday night what it shows. Dang I wish weigh in was first thing in the AM and nekked. But, I guess that wont work for the weight loss clinic.  I keep moving along, even if the weight loss slows down what am I going to do quit? Heck no, my next goal is 70lbs down then 80lbs and so on. This should be a nice and peaceful weekend. Especially since I am broke, lol. But Sunday the plan is Church in the AM, then to Dog beach with my kids and my grandkids(the dogs). It will be much cooler than it has been this week. Go figure?! 

Happy Mothers day to all of you and especially my mom, whom I miss so much. I will be thinking of you on Sunday, as I do everyday. Love you mom.

Dang it all

What a bummer time I am having, first I lost only 1 lb. AAAAghhhh. 2) My tooth is still killing me, I think it is becoming abscessed. I will call DDS as soon as it opens. My gum is shredded, geez what did he do in there and my gland on that side is swollen. So, I will have to start taking Penicillin and pain pills. Dang it all.

I am so bummed about the weight loss, I am not giving up. I am going to drink more water and see if that helps. Yikes I am frustrated though.

Ouchie

Omg, I went to the dentist yesterday to have my broken tooth fixed. It still hurts. Yikes. It didnt hurt that much broken. I am always in more pain days after the DDS appointment than before I ever go. I hate going to the dentist. I do love the laughing gas though.  We have been having a doozy of heat lately. It was so warm yesterday near triple digits.  Today's walk should be interesting. Monday was also so warm and after I came back from my walk, my face was so red.  Today I brought a change of shirts, so I have a cooler little t-shirt for my walk. Things are going good on diet, but loss is still really slow. Tonight I weigh in, we will see what it states. Have a wonderful day.

Good morning

Well its the beginning of May, time goes by so fast.  This was a warm weekend for sure. Today is going to be warmer and tomorrow the warmest. I have really nothing new to say. Hoping for a better weight loss on Wednesday. Really pushing the fluids, Iced tea was a must. Kind of worried about my walk today as the weather is going to be in the mid 80 to 90s. But, still I am on the coastal part of town, so maybe there will be a slighter cooler temp. The thing I hate the most is the warm winds. It has really been blowing and I have been sneezing like crazy.
